| It was a different time. A slower time. A time of large close families, and many small farming communities made up of new settlers, and immigrants. No autos, no tractors, no refridgeration, no indoor plumbing, no telephones, no television, no antibiotics. Little real understanding of medicine or disease, but they knew hard work, toiled close to the soil and knew their real giver and provider well. | |
